We're confident you'll love your ToolsmithDirect products. However, if for any reason you aren't happy, we'll work with you to ensure a hassle-free return experience!
To process a return, please send us an email at email@example.com so we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
An RMA number will be issued during the 45-day return period which begins on the date of shipment from our warehouse to you.
Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA:
- Full Name
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Return
- Order Number
- Mailing Address
- Refund or Replacement
For returns due to any reason besides product defect we will issue you an RMA number.
You are responsible for returning items at your own expense unless otherwise noted.
Refunds will be issued once the item(s) has been received at our location. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing returns.
If you need to check on the status of a return please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ToolsmithDirect is not liable for product that is damaged, lost or stolen during the shipping process for returned items. If an item is damaged, lost or stolen during a return shipment ToolsmithDirect will work with you to ensure the shipping carrier claim is properly opened but all liability falls upon the carrier.
